If the cell normally grows in the gut would it be okay to use for PCR?

Hola , for me the problem in the PCR of your polymerase will be the stages of annealing and DNA denaturation where your enzyme has to be termoresistent and remain active after the denaturation step at 95ºC. For that, PCR polimerases are isolated from microrganisms found in hot areas as volcans or geisers
