Primer contamination

Dear everyone
I research on GLUT4 gene expression but I suspected that my primer is contaminated with DNA because in NTC, I observed the same band of GLUT4 in PCR gel electrophoresis.
Please help me and introduce me the paper that show the methods that give confidence the primer is contaminated or not.
Thanks

Re: Primer contamination

Try using a fresh aliquot of primer stock. contamination can not only from primers, there are various things you should look into.
your reagents, handling practices, pipettes, lab cleaning practices, etc.
