Question Housekeeping gene(s) selection using affymetrix public data



I am wondering if anybody ever heard about a software/tool that one can use to opt housekeeping gene(s) for certain diseases based on affymetrix public data.

how can i choose an appropriate housekeeping gene if I'm going to do PCR on Arabidopsis and tomato?
