| Hello! I am investigating levels of mRNA in epithelial cells exposed to UV and going to try GADD45 as a marker for DNA repair. I looked up in the literature that GADD45 is considered as a whether p53-dependent or -independent gene in DNA repair. Has anyone tried GADD45? Thanks! |
