 2kb-5kb PCR product GC rich I was wondering if anyone can recommend a good cost-effective polymerase for mid-range PCR prducts in a GC rich region? needs to be high fidelity as a single base change causes a problem... any suggestions greatly recieved. Thanks Nic  |
