 fragment analysis competition Hi!I'm new!!! I have a problem with analysis of I fragment! I must amplify a fragment of around 100bp (when there is deletion) and a fragment of around 360bp when there is insertion. There be strong competition among the two fragments, the big one is seen few or at times misses!!! The conditions of the cycle are 1'30 of extention 35 cycles. According to you Must I increase the number of cycles? Or do you recommend me to use another enzyme?(now use the TaqGold of the Applied Biosystems) Thank you very much Sara....  |
