| this is long assay .... for me, i try but may make error during this write-up Nested PCR - 2 pcr steps: 1st normal pcr amplify longer template, 2nd pcr amplify the specific region within 1st pcr amplicon. Usually to amplify something really low copy number. real time pcr - monitoring of pcr amplification realtime via sybergreen, taqman basically fluorescent dye. similarity=both utilizing pcr technique, but detection method is slightly different. I would suggest, u have a look at wiki.... it will be faster than me and anybody here doing summary... Once u got specific aspect like which method is best to use for detection of so and so we could help more. *sweat also fainted coz my internet connection got problem... lucky i don't have to rewrite this again~ Last edited by butters; 03-14-2010 at 03:25 PM. |
