Default Why use PCR to analyze DNA?

I don't understand why making more copies of something makes it easier to analyze?

PCR doesn't analyze DNA it just amplify more copy of it. I would say (to my knowledge) that we need more copies of target DNA coz most of the analysis method require DNA to be that much...

example, if only 1 copy of DNA we can't visualize it in gel but with many many copies we will be able to see it in gel.

It is easier to manipulate larger volumes and amounts of DNA in such analyses like sequencing, restriction, cloning etc.
