Is that so.....
I did my pcr continuously , and got favourable result. but suddenly none of my pcr reaction is working .... i dont know why this happens . Every thing is same but the i m getting shears of DNA near the well instead of Band..
Anyone know......

Well, you say that everything is the same, it's clearly not. Something must have been changing. I would try to do everything over again with only new reagents all over.
