hi
I m new to this primer designing technique.
Can any one tell me what all the parameters(i.e Tm etc) to be noted / known for designing a primer.

you can find charecterstic features of primers in any good book of molecular biology.
You can design the primers using gene runner sofware it will show the all features of a perticualr primer.
