I would say C based on the reagents I've used before.

I would say D.

taq and polymerase are the same thing, isn't it?

Taq is a type of polymerase, yeah. I was on the fence with D too..

I would say D bcoz PCR requires dNTPs and Taq DNA polymerase both.

Default Re: The polymerase chain reaction (PCR) requires __________ and __________ to be

A. RNA nucleotides and RNA polymerase - No. RNA must be reverse transcribed into cDNA before PCR can be done.
B. proteins and nucleotides - Technically No. See d.
C. taq and polymerase - No. Same thing, here. Taq DNA Polymerase.
D. DNA nucleotides and DNA polymerase - Yes. dNTPs, nucleotides, are the building blocks. DNA polymerase, a protein (enzyme), is the engine needed to create the polymer chain.

I would say no one.
Because PCR requires 10 amplification buffer,dNTP mixture ,2 primer, template DNA and Taq DNA polymerase .

PCR reqiures DNTP's and Polymerase (i.e) D. Along with this Buffer is also required.
