| Anybody knows that i want design a primer for Giardia (for cat's stool) and my primers show alligments with mice.(because cats eat mice) I consider the DNA of mice will not disturb my results...but i am not sure.Somebody knows that?? thanks |

| do you mean the primer pair for giardia detection is identical with mice? is the sequence the same and will the size of the product same? both or just one primer? hmmm, mice have a identical region as giardia? |
