| Hello everybody! I proceeded my samples through Nucleospin II DNA removal kit to get pure RNA. Then I designed primers for rat p53 and checked for DNA presence in my samples with PCR. The length of my PCR products is 250 bp which I should not see after DNA removal...But! I got another light bands on 50 bp on gel electrophoresis. What can it be, please? Some samples show even lighter bands on 250 bp which perhaps means DNA contamination. Thank you sincerely for your replies, Konstantin. |
