| Hi Here I am new in the use of realtime pcr for analysis of genes after heat shock treatment. I will wish to ask a basic question to understand as I proceed. Is it possible to scale down the primer optimisation protocol suggested by the manufacturer? Secondly, I have designed primers for my experiments and use one to test if gDNA is present(primer spanning exon intron boundary) in a nested reaction. Do I need to design outer primers for this nest? |
