| I have faced the contamination problem in my PCR negative control. I have changed all the reagents and primers, used autoclaved distilled water to prepare mixture, but the band still there in the negative control. I really cant think out where is going wrong. And, the band in the negative control is always the same size with the sample band (~300bp) but more faint than the sample band. Anyone can tell me what is happening? Thanks. |
