Question Rat primer design


Hello. Is there any online database for Ratus Norvegicus genome that includes information about introns-exons so that I can design mRNA specific PCR primers?

It's all about knowing the right web pages. NCBI and Ensembl often have similar data, but different people prefer the different interfaces.
