Default PCR Buffer

Hi,
I am currently using for my PCR reactions, Promega's GoTaq Green PCR buffer (5X). These reactions are working well on agarose gel but now I want to run these reactions on PAGE (Denaturing).
Does anybody know whether i can use same buffer for PCR reactions to be run on PAGE? What is the compatibility?

Thanks in advance

I don't know the answer but I think You can simply email the Promega technician.

I think you simply use the sample loading buffer for the DNA to run it on a PAGE gel. Also usually use TAE or TBE buffers to run whether on agarose and/or PAGE gels.

I would check the size of your DNA PCR product and use TBE or TAE depending on the size. TBE is better for smaller DNAs whereas TAE is better for running larger DNAs on gels.
