Anybody work with HPV? Detect it by PCR?

Hello,
I would check the papers out for HPV detection, and even the PCR conditions which will really help in getting setup quickly with a standard set of primers.

Have you found out much in the past few days about HPV detection?

I am working with HPV, and i detect 23 types of HPV by multipex PCR.

I detect them by massarray(sequenom.inc) .
