 problem in amplification after miniprep hi all , i usually grow colonies by ChEST library and do colony PCR , till that time amplification of my gene occurs but when i do miniprep of those colonies and then set a amplification reaction , no amplification happens . i have done it several times but results are same . please tell me some clues what thing i am doing wrong . thank you Regards Sandeep  |
