| Hello there my issue now is that i have a very gc rich sequence (over 85% GC) which i cannot amplify using any pcr method i tried. I used different primers and even gradient cycling to no avail! is there a gc-rich pcr expert here?thanks |

| hello, i am having with sequencing but it is in another issue... i dont understand of this a lot ( i am a ungraduated student ) maybe you already know that but there is some sites on web that may hellp. try to serch on google for "sequencing troubles" i hoppe that hellp ![]() |
