 High GC Rich PCR Sequence Amplification Problems! Hello there my issue now is that i have a very gc rich sequence (over 85% GC) which i cannot amplify using any pcr method i tried. I used different primers and even gradient cycling to no avail!  is there a gc-rich pcr expert here?thanks  |
