 Rt-pcr In RT-PCR ,wih bandf of my intrest we also got two extra light band.how can i improve my result.should i decrease my primer concentration?or should i change annealing temperature?  |

| Re: Rt-pcr Have you used any DNase after your RNA extraction and before your cDNA synthesis? The extra light bands might be contamination with genomic carry over DNA. One such DNAse i use for my samples is the deoxyribonuclease I from SIGMA (product code AMP-D1). |
