Default Rt-pcr

In RT-PCR ,wih bandf of my intrest we also got two extra light band.how can i improve my result.should i decrease my primer concentration?or should i change annealing temperature?

Have you used any DNase after your RNA extraction and before your cDNA synthesis? The extra light bands might be contamination with genomic carry over DNA. One such DNAse i use for my samples is the deoxyribonuclease I from SIGMA (product code AMP-D1).
