Default PCR, incomplete products?

Hello,

I am using iproof high-fedility polymerase to amplify a DNA fragment 6kb in size from a genome. With Taq that's almost impossible but iproof is supposed to go through it with ease. I do get the band but I also get alot of incomplete products in the form of smaller and lighter bands. Could they be single stranded DNA moelcules resulting from the polymerase jumping off before it completes replication? I uploaded the gel. it's the first lane after the ladder. Does MgCl2 have anything to do with it?

Any help is good. Thanks
