Default Nanodrop

Hello all
Is there anyone out there who uses Genecelan III kit for PCR product purification? If so, could you quantify that using Nanodrop?
Thanks

I don't use Geneclean but have used Invitrogen and Qiagen kits for PCR product purification. I tend to get on the order of 50 ng/uL, which is easily in the Nanodrop's measuring range of 2-3700 ng/uL for dsDNA.
