Default Rt Pcr

After doing PCR i got very light band of IL-3.Plz tell me what should i do.should i increase the concentarion of cDNA?or any other suggestion?

You can increase the RNA template, cDNA template (if 2 step RT-PCR), PCR cycles.
If you have less than 40 thermocycles, begin there. If you already do 40 or more cyles, begin with either RNA or cDNA whichever is most convenient.
