Arrow PCR of long DNA fragments

I have to do an extended PCR to clone a large DNA fragment. I have tried the more processive Taq enzymes on sale to no avail. I cannot get my band of length 5 kb.

I have a feeling that it is the cycling program. Any one have any ideas on how to improve long pcrs?

thanks

PCR donīt are able to copy from a determine size up but i donīt know wich size is this... wath i do when i have to clone a large fragment is to divide it in smaller fragments... i use primers insted of using 2 primers i use 4 or 6, etc...
i hope that hellp...
