| search ncbi:blast databases for your primer sequence; follow their links to accession number etc ---> BLAST: Basic Local Alignment and Search Tool |

| i dont think there are accession no. of primers, there are accession no. to sequences so yes you have to blast your primer with Data base and then you can find the accession no of the sequence to which your primer binds. best of luck |
