Thumbs up Clonality Assays by PCR



Hello everybody,
I am a tyro to mol bio. We have just begun doing clonality assays by PCR, t(9:22) by RT PCR, FISH for der 22 of CML & Factor V leiden mutational assay. We shall soon expand to carry out all necessary translocations for AML and ALL. I shall need the help of community and will look forward to your advices
