PCR is very good techniques which has reveolutionized the modern biological science. it has enormous application in different fields of sciences, like diagnostics, forensic etc. there are many type of PCR now, like, RT-PCR, Nested PCR, Allele specific PCR etc. you can expert in this field if you first deeply study the PCR process, what are its requirments and applications. best of luck for you. regards aftab |
