Exclamation What happens when I get lotsof different bands in my samples when my control works ok

Hi everyone,
it has been quite a long time now that i am facing a problem with my PCRs that drives me crazy
My control sample works perfect and gives me a nice sharp band. However, in my samples in which I want to see if there is or not the gene I am looking for i get lots of different bands which sometimes appear and sometimes not.

Any suggestions of what that means??? except that i shall stop doing PCRs?

Maybe toss some extraction reagents that could be contaminated. And work on getting better sample preparation consider doing DNAse/RNase digestion.
