| Hello all, I am amplyfying a DVL1 gene in human DNA and I realized that there is a pseudogene that is virtually identical to my gene on the same chromosome. Does anybody know a way to amplify the gene with PCR without amplifying the pseudogene? (My ultimate goal is to sequence the gene in question) Thanks for any suggestions. |
