 Positive results then negative results on DNA extracted from mosquito Does mosquito DNA have any known PCR inhibitors? We have run DNA extracted from mosquitoes. Came out positive the first time and then negative. Several samples have come out like this. What do you do to overcome this inhibition? Please need your help! Thanks, Mt.
