Are you sure it is one signal? Why is it quartet then? :-)

Actually, these are two overlapped triplets (or rather pseudo-triplets
as the theoretical pattern is more complicated; on high-resolution
spectrum you should probably see more signals)

Hint: cyclopentene ring.
