Default looking for esterification information

I'm looking for references and syntheses for esterification of
triglycerides. Obviously this is a pretty broad topic. I'm narrowing my
search to techniques with non consumed "catalysts". In particular catalysts
that can be used in continuous feed operations. This rules out many of the
most common reagents such as alkali hydroxides and sulfuric acid. (Oxide
coated sheet metal may be a possibility.) Anyone with experience and
information in this area is invited to correspond with me at
