can you think of a context in which an expression library would be the best option for cloning and analyzing a set of mRNAs? And what sorts of features would be most beneficial in plasmids that would be particularly useful for expression library construction?

an expression library is most useful if you're working on a huge set of genes. selection marker and a good phenotypic readout would be important
