Question Do you know of well-cited Gene Expression Profiling Study?

Dear All,

I'm a statistics researcher and I'm currently working on methods to analyze very high-dimensional datasets. Of course, Genetic Studies are an obvious area of application. However i am unaware of the literature in this area. (though I am reading up!) I would like to pick up a gene expression profiling study and analyze it - possibly reproduce finding using my methods as a validation step.

Could you people suggest such a study to me? And if it would not be too much trouble, maybe you know where i can the data from as well?

Any help is appreciated!!!

there are actually many such datasets that are very well cited, due to the established nature of dna microarray expression datasets. you can try searching by citation rates, or simply pick only those from nature. if you want any random one, try 'joe gray' or 'howard chang' from a few years back.

Thumbs up Re: Do you know of well-cited Gene Expression Profiling Study?

Thanks! Actually, I've already submitted my paper, but always good to know more. I ended up using the Alon et al.(PNAS, 1999) study on colon cancer.
