 Uniprot ID convertion Hi, I have a Ms identification table containing uniprot IDs and I would like to convert them into common names. Some protein IDs are present more than ones in the list. When I have used DAVID tool to convert IDs, The outcome list is much shorter than the one I have uploaded. How can I merge my identification list with common names list created by DAVID? Maybe you know some other tools good for protein ID conversion. Thanks in advance for reply Best Kamil  |
