 Transcriptome Profiling Hello everyone i would like to know a bit more about the Transcriptome. What exactly is this and how would one profile it on a high-throughput level? thanks   |

| Re: Transcriptome Profiling it's everything that is transcribed (mRNA) in the genome. a great method is RNA-seq, which sequences only the transcribed fragments and not the entire genome like whole genome sequencing Last edited by admin; 02-15-2012 at 03:05 AM. |
