 Immunohistochemistry Dear Sir I am a Ph.D student working on the ocular eye disease. I have done Immunohistochemistry with ocular granulomatous tissue with anti CD3 , CD4 & CD68 antibodies of abcam . Here I am getting lots of background and also having problem in antibody dilution. Which dilution will work best, because antiboby is 2 year old, which was stored in -20c.Please suggest me. With Regards: Arya  |
