 Peptide Synthesis and Kaiser Test Hi, Is there any way to determine the efficiency of the amino acid coupling by doing only kaiser test? Does it give any quantitative estimation?Can we say Kaiser test guaranties the conjugation of amino acids with let's say "80% efficiency or 90% efficiency?" I would appreciate your help. Thanks G  |
