| Dear friends, I would like to ask a small dumb question. How to do cloning and integrating of gene into genomic DNA of E.coli for constitutive expression of gene product? I know this can be done in yeast and CHO cells. If somebody has experience in this area I would be very grateful to them thanks in advance. Murthy [Only registered users see links. ] |
