 New to RNA Well we work are our life on one medium (proteins) and the next day, we change job and introduce to the wonderful world of RNA. At less not all the work before is down the  . I work on small nuclear RNA in gene splicing. I try the Mirvana kit to isolate them and got and low yield of 8 to 13 ug in 100 ul out of 5 million cells. Not enough for sequencing or even to control the quality of the RNA purified Is it the best way to do it or there is something else out there   |
