 Introducing myself Hello everybody, I just registered to this forum and find it appropriate to introduce myself. I am a senior scientist working at one of Germany´s top 10 universities. I am a general biologist by education. My specialization is in fungal physiology and taxonomy. I have been working in the development of diagnostics for fungi in food and food raw materials since kind of 15 years. I started with developing PCR based assays and have switched to unsing LAMP since 2007. Meanwhile I have developed quite some assays wiht this method which my group now starts using to quantify on several different platforms, eg. turbidimeter, LightCycler, tube canner. I hope I can find answers here and I also hope that I can be of help to some of you.  |
