Default Help with reverse zymograph



I am running a reverse zymograph SDS-PAGE gel.... However, upon renaturation with triton x-100.. I get a white opaque line running in the centre of my gel.. I expect to see an opaque band indicating protection of proteolytic activity by my proteins.. please help!!!
