| Hi All, I was wondering if anyone has used the OmegaBiotek RNA isolation kits and if you had good results. In particular, I am interested in their microelute kit. We are starting with the aqueous phase of a trizol extraction, which we mix at 1:1 with 70% EtOH and then load onto the column (per manufacturers suggestion). We have been loosing way more RNA on the column than I would expect so I am curious what others experience has been. Thanks, Sean |
