 pgl3 promoter vector Hello everybody! I have the pGL3 promoter vector from Promega and I have cloned the different alternative transcripts of the gene I am studying. I would like to observe differences in the transcriptional regulation of the transcripts as a result of luciferase activity. Promega recommends three different luciferase assay systems, steady-glo, bright-glo and one-glo with this vector. Does anyone have any recommendation regarding these three systems in order to obtain differences in transcription? Thanks in advance!  |
