 pgem by promega or TOPO by invitrogen I would like to clone plasmid vectors using either TOPO or pGEM. After i clone the vectors I would like to use Riboprobe by promega to make probes for in situ. I read an article that compared the two based on base pairs. This showed that TOPO worked better for products under 1kB. My PCR products are under 1kb so I would like to use TOPO, but is there an issue with using invitogens TOPO and promegas Riboprobe?  |
