 PET vectors pGEX 2T and pGEX 3X Hello. does anybody know the difference between pGEX 2T and pGX 3x expression vector(PET) reading frames. it says pGX 3X is out of frame and pGX 2T is in frame.i do not know what does it actually mean  |
