Default Cloning large insert in pQE30,expressing it!


Hi,
I like to fuse two genes,one of 1.6Kb and another of 1.7Kb in pQE30 vector of 3.4Kb.After that I want express the fused protein.Is it possible to clone 3.7Kb insert into pQE30(3.4 Kb) and its expression (fusion protein) is possible?

Already i cloned 1.6Kb insert into pQE30 and expressed the protein and got the result.

Is there any other expression vector where i can clone my fused 3.7Kb gene?

Give me suggestion plz,most useful to me......

Sorry for the delay ^^.

I've succesfully cloned a 4.1 gene into a 3 Kb expression vector and got results, so it is possible to do it. And for expression vectors you can use, try looking at this:
