 gene-trap retrovirus vector Hi, guys! I need to write a report about using of gene-trap retrovirus vectors in haploid human cells to generate null alleles. The insertion of provirus is random in genomic DNA, so how can I make the gene-trap insertion that would be in desire gene, which I want to disrupt? How we understand in which gene is the gene-trap insertion? 10x in advance for help.  |
