 Cloning Problems with Restriction Enzymes Hey all, How to reduce the star activity caused by BamHI. I am using two enzymes, BamHI and SphI.......however, I used NEB4 rather than the specified NEB3 specified by the company. After Digestion to confirm the presence of my insert, with these two enzymes its not reflecting my insert. I am assuming its star activity...Can anybdy tell me how to reduce this activity now in my vector with insert.  |
